Hi, I’m Lauren

I've rebuilt my life multiple times. A leukaemia diagnosis at 23 with a 20% survival chance, followed by a catastrophic hurricane five years later that ended life in paradise. Then leaving my legal career and starting a business with my sister from our kitchen table. Each time, I chose to move forward with courage, resilience and optimism.

That's what I bring into every room, whether it's senior leaders navigating change, women returning to the workplace after a diagnosis, or the 80,000+ people across social and email who read my content. I help people develop the tools to turn their setback into a comeback, and write their next chapter with confidence.
